After a viral marketing driven call-to-action, our studio crowdsourced three works from a niche online community that went into production as graphic novels. Astral Media Harold Greenberg Fund
Increasingly, comic books have become de facto starter vehicles for genre entertainment in films, television series and videogames. Interested in the intersection of this trend with the proliferation of web 2.0 techniques, the Harold Greenberg Fund worked with Z2H to identify and fund the development of an original property with the most online “heat”.

CBC Television
In order to execute a digital marketing campaign leading up to the third season of Heartland, Z2H created a compelling interactive experience best described as a "mixed media magazine". Combining user-generated content with premium materials produced by the studio, this rich media experience combines online audio, video and imagery with a variety of applications.

ContentFilm
In search of compelling original digital content, the CBC commissioned a pilot based on an original Z2H comic property. Optimized for the iPhone, the resulting motion comic is a blend of cinematic technique, particle effects, soundscaping and comic illustration. Z2H has partnered with ContentFilm to further develop this property as a 20 episode online series.

Dream Detective Media Properties
This is a property that is literally on its way from zero to hero. Working closely with the production partners, the Z2H team has been crafting this brand new property in a very new media way. This highly innovative initiative uses crowdsourcing techniques to let film afficiandos program television content for the GLBT community. The core of the experience is an entirely new social viewing experience that gives viewers the ability to comparatively and collaboratively rate brave new films from up and coming filmmakers.

Telefilm Canada
Executed in partnership with Telefilm Canada, the objective of this campaign was to issue a national call-to-action aimed at undiscovered screenwriters. After an extended period of creation and crowdsourcing, 15 new entertainment properties were identified and developed as a digital comics catalogue. Several of these works are now being refined for their commercial potential.
